Police Beat for Saturday, June 4th, 2016

Two Kinmundy men were being held in the Marion County Jail Saturday for alleged felony theft.  18-year-old Anthony Jamison of East Cherry and 28-year-old Kyle Heinzmann were arrested Saturday night by Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies.  No other details were immediately available.

23-year-old Hayley Hammond of County Farm Road in Salem remained in custody Saturday after being arrested at the probation office for violation of bail bond.  

33-year-old Heather Rhynes of Wortby Street in Odin remains in custody after being arrested by Odin Police on an outstanding Marion County small claims warrant.   

26-year-old Anthony Hays of South Oak in Sandoval was arrested by Sandoval Police Friday for alleged criminal trespass to a state supported land.  Sandoval Police say Hays was on Marion County Housing Authority Property where he was earlier banned.   He allegedly ran from police, but was apprehended following a foot chase.   Hays was later posted bond at the Marion County Jail and was released.  

54-year-old James Schwabe of West Case in Kinmundy was arrested by Kinmundy Police for alleged driving under the influence and illegal lane usage.  He was taken into custody by a Marion County Sheriff’s Deputy following a traffic stop on Airport Road near East McCord Street in Centralia.  Schwabe later posted $150 bond and was released.

The Marion County Sheriff’s Department is investigating the theft of items out of a shed owned by Robert McElroy of East Cherry Street in Kinmundy.
