Odin Man Pleads Guilty to Unlawful Delivery of a Meth Precursor

One of 19 people arrested in a roundup of people wanted on methamphetamine related charges by the Marion County Sheriff’s Department in January has pleaded guilty.

Cory Simpson of Spruce Street in Odin admitted to one of two unlawful delivery of meth precursors filed against him.  He was placed on two years conditional discharge, given credit for 15 days served in jail and ordered to pay court costs.

Simpson was charged with delivering pseudo-ephedrine to a person he should have known was going to use it in the manufacture of methamphetamine.
