Mt. Vernon Man Pleads to Felony Drug Charge; Two Others Enter Pleas to Misdemeanor Charges

A 27-year-old Mt. Vernon man has pleaded guilty in Marion County Court to unlawful possession of meth manufacturing materials.  James Roy of Toll Lane was placed on five years probation, given credit for 87 days served in jail, and ordered to testify truthfully in cases involving his co-defendant. 

57-year-old Bruce Reynolds of East Croan in Irvington was fined $100 and cost after pleading guilty to unlawful possession of 2.5 to10 grams of cannabis.  

48-year-old Ray Niepoetter of Odin Road in Odin was placed on one year court supervision after pleading guilty to a battery charge.  He admitted striking Richard Lance in the face in March of last year.
