September 5, 2016

All three occupants of a car were arrested on drug-related charges following a traffic stop in Centralia on Saturday.

The driver, 57-year-old Bruce Reynolds of Corner Street in Irvington, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Centralia Police say they found syringes and baggies that contained meth residue on the floorboard of the car.

One of the passengers, 31-year-old Jonathan Hiltibidal of Deerwood Park in Centralia, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia after syringes and a drug pipe were found in the car near him.

The other passenger, 54-year-old Michael Lawson of South Locust in Centralia, was arrested on a city ordinance violation warrant for possession of a synthetic drug.

Reynolds and Hiltibidal were taken to the Marion County Jail where they remained on Sunday. Lawson was released on the city ordinance citation.
