Two Plead Guilty to Felony Drug Charges in Marion County Court

Two people have pleaded guilty to felony drug charges in Marion County Court.

24-year-old Leigh Sullivan of East Broadway in Centralia was placed on two years felony probation, any recommended counseling, and given credit for time spent incarcerated after pleading guilty to unlawful possession of a controlled substance. Charges of aggravated battery for allegedly spitting on a Centralia Police Officer and retail theft at the Family Dollar store were dropped as part of the plea. Police found the illegal prescription drugs in Sullivan’s possession at the time she was arrested on the retail theft charge.

35-year-old Kyle Craig of Olney pleaded guilty to a charge of unlawful possession with intent to deliver 30 to 500 grams of cannabis. He was placed on two years first offender probation, order to pay a $500 drug assessment, complete 30 hours of public service work and undergo drug evaluation and treatment.
