Police Beat for Sunday, September 25th, 2016

Centralia Police made multiple arrests following Saturday night and early Sunday morning traffic stops.

32-year-old Antawon Dear of Romeoville remains in the Marion County Jail following his arrest for possession of a weapon by a felon and having a gun with a defaced serial number.

26-year-old Dennis Parks of Fairway Drive in Centralia was arrested on an outstanding St. Clair County warrant and a Marion County traffic warrant.

35-year-old Willie Barker of East 10th in Centralia and 31-year-old Eddie Bender of South Beech in Centralia remain in custody on outstanding Marion County felony warrants.

39-year-old Rahsaan Johnson of Shaw Road in Walnut Hill was also picked up on an outstanding warrant.

36-year-old John Whited of South Locust in Patoka posted $150 bond after being arrested by Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies for driving on a suspended license.
