Carrissa Hibbert, 33, of the 1000 block of South 34th Street, was arrested at 8:52 a.m. Friday on a charge of theft/control/intent/$500 to $10,000.

Chelsea Joyce, 28, of the 2000 block of Brownsville Road, was arrested at 2:01 p.m. Friday on charges of possession of a controlled substances and violating bail bond.

Johnna Braswell, 65, of the 12200 block of North Sparrow Lane, was arrested at 11:29 p.m. Friday on a charge of driving under the influences of an intoxicating compound.

Nikita Jenkins, 50, of Flora, was arrested at 12:05 a.m. Saturday on a charge of resisting/obstructing an officer.

Caleb Nadolski, 26, of the 2300 block of Herbert Street, was arrested 8:44 p.m. Saturday on a charge of aggravated domestic battery/strangle.

Donald Halley, 69, of Dahlgren, was arrested at 3:35 a.m. Sunday on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving under the influence/BAC .08.

Donovan Hamilton, 18, of the 2000 block of Richview Road, was arrested at 1:03 p.m. Sunday on charges of resisting/obstructing an officer and violating bail bond.

Matthew Dismore, 51, of the 100 block of South 20th Street, was arrested at 4:16 p.m. Sunday on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Robert Hunter, 38, of the 2400 block of College Street, was arrested at 1:17 a.m. Monday on a charge of disorderly conduct.


At 5:11 a.m. Saturday a caller reported hearing gunshots near the corner of South 16th Street and Lamar Avenue.

A resident in the 18600 block of North Clear Lane reported at 8:46 a.m. Saturday a mail box damaged overnight.

At 7:14 p.m. Saturday a resident in the 1100 block of South 15th Street reported a woman trespassing and being disorderly. Police responded and removed the woman from the property.

An employee of the Economy Inn requested at 12:01 p.m. Sunday officers remove a guest from the property who was refusing to leave a room.

Police received a report at 12:59 p.m. Sunday that a former employee of Kroger’s had threatened to burn down the store.

An ER staff member at Crossroads Community Hospital reported at 3:56 p.m. Sunday a man being disorderly in the emergency room. Police responded and took the man into custody.

A resident in the unit block of Rushton Drive reported at 9:07 p.m. Sunday being harassed over the phone.

At 12:44 a.m. Monday a resident in the 2400 block of College Street told police a man was trespassing on her property and damaging a screen door. Police responded and took the man into custody.


A caller at Geo’s told police at 6:11 p.m. Saturday that two men had taken her ticket out of a poker machine.

Christopher Summers, 38, of Herrin, was arrested at 12:13 a.m. Monday on a charge of violating bail bond.
