Kinmundy Man Pleads Guilty to Meth Charge

A 23-year-old Kinmundy man has pleaded guilty in Marion County Court to possession of less than five grams of methamphetamine.

Wade McWhorter was placed on two years probation, 30 hours of public service work, ordered to pay a $500 drug assessment, and complete a drug evaluation and treatment.

As part of the plea, a charge of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of under 2.5 grams of cannabis were dropped.
