Two Sentenced on Felony Drug Charges in Marion County Court

Two people have pleaded guilty in Marion County to felony drug possession charges.

24-year-old Hayley Hammond of County Farm Road in Salem pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of less than 15 grams of heroin. She was placed on two years probation, 30 hours of public service work, ordered to pay a $500 drug assessments and pay court costs. Hammond was arrested last January.

55-year-old Myron Cunningham of East 2nd in Centralia entered a guilty plea to unlawful possession of less than 15 grams of cocaine following a January incident. He was placed on one year probation, ordered to undergo drug and alcohol evaluation and treatment, and pay a $500 drug assessment and court costs.
