Centralia Man Charged With Felony Violation Of an Order of Protection

Bond has been set at $150,000 for a 42-year-old Centralia man formally charged in Marion County Court Friday morning with felony violation of an order of protection with a prior domestic battery conviction.

Timothy Marshall of Hester Street had the public defender appointed to represent him. A first appearance with attorney and preliminary hearing is set for January 3rd.

Marshall was arrested by Centralia Police Thursday night after allegedly making repeated phone calls to a person holding the order of protection.
