2 Enter Guilty Pleas to Felony Charges In Marion County Court

A 27-year-old Danville man was sentenced to one year in prison after he pleaded guilty to felony driving on a revoked license with four or more previous convictions. The time will be served concurrently with a state prison term given to Dontae Luster in Vermilion County Court in Danville.

A 33-year-old Salem man has pleaded guilty to felony retail theft at the Salem Walmart Store. Eric Clark of South Vincent was placed on 30 months probation and given credit for 110 days served in the Marion County Jail. The charge was a felony because of a prior theft conviction.
