January 19, 2017

Centralia Police arrested three people on Tuesday on drug charges.

31-year-old Bethany Nollman of Eaglecrest Drive in Centralia was arrested for possession of a narcotic instrument. Police initially came into contact with Nollman after responding to a report of a verbal argument between two people in the 100 block of South Sycamore. They report Nollman was in possession of a plastic container that contained hypodermic syringes and spoons with heroin residue.

The other two people were arrested following a traffic stop. The driver, 29-year-old Walter Williams who told police he was homeless, was ticketed for driving on a revoked or suspended license and for possession of drug paraphernalia. Williams allegedly had a drug pipe partially showing from a pocket. 29-year-old Jeffrey Skibinski of South Elm in Centralia was arrested for possession of a controlled substance. He was allegedly found in possession of a small amount of cannabis and methamphetamine.

All three were taken to the Marion County Jail.
