Police Beat for Friday, February 10th, 2017

A 57-year-old Sandoval man was arrested by Sandoval Police on multiple charges after he entered the U.S. 51-50 Bar where he was earlier banned. Police report Perry Jourdan of Old U.S. 51 allegedly made threats to those in the bar Thursday night when he was told to leave. He later allegedly kicked the bartender, who with the help of another man held Jourdan down until police arrived. Jourdan was arrested on two counts of battery, criminal trespass to a building and disorderly conduct. He was released from the Marion County Jail after posting $150 bond.

19-year-old Romy McAlexander of Pace Street in Mt. Vernon was arrested by sheriff’s deputies on an outstanding Marion County warrant for possession of a meth precursor.

30-year-old Jonathan Downs of Phelps Road in Walnut Hill remained in custody after being arrested at the probation office on a probation violation.

52-year-old Rosanne Stutesman of South Wood in Odin was transferred to the Jefferson County Jail at Mt. Vernon after being arrested on an outstanding Jefferson County felony warrant.
