Patoka Woman Arrested on Weapons Charge After Allegedly Pointing Gun at Husband

June 5, 2017

A 52-year-old Patoka woman was arrested for aggravated unlawful use of a firearm after allegedly pointing a gun at her husband.

Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies say Madonna Manning of East Messenger reportedly was unhappy with a person her husband had at the home when the incident occurred. 55-year-old David Judds, who listed an address in Ashley, left the home and called sheriff’s deputies from across the street.

Upon arrival, deputies called Manning who agreed to come out of the home without any weapons. A deputy then went inside the home and retrieved the gun.

Manning admitted being upset with her husband but denied ever pulling the gun out of her front pocket.
