MARION COUNTY — Bail has been set at $250,000 for a 31-year-old Centralia man accused of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old distant relative over the last few years.

Ronnie Oglesby was formally charged Wednesday in Marion County Court with Class X felony predatory criminal sexual assault of a victim under the age of 13.

Oglesby was questioned Monday at his home on Martin Luther King Drive in Centralia after the girl had brought forward the allegations.

Oglesby was ultimately taken into custody and transported to the Marion County Jail. He’s next scheduled to appear in court July 11 for a first appearance with his court appointed attorney.
