July 15, 2017

A 30-year-old Walnut Hill woman has been sentenced to prison for three years.

Rose Bounds of Main Street had earlier pleaded guilty to unlawful delivery of a controlled substance. Bounds admitted to delivering less than one gram of hydrocodone in January of last year.

Once Bounds is released from prison she will have to serve two years of mandatory supervised released. She will get credit for time already served in the Marion County Jail.
